Features

         The Igloo Cooler snow cone machine has a powerful 1/3 HP motor and rugged roto-cast polyethylene tinted blue body and front window panel to shade the ice from quick melt down. Easy access to display area - no doors, just reach inside from the rear of the machine to scoop the ice. Includes sno-cone dipper. For safe operation you must have one hand on the motor switch while the other hand pulls the handle down to engage the spinning shaver head.

     You can vary the fineness of the finished snow by using colder ice, using less pressure on the pusher handle. The Cooler is one of the world’s leading sno-cone machine. Shaves over 500 lbs. per hour!

       20 six ounce Sno-Cone cups are provided along with 2 flavoring syrups, Cherry & Blue Raspberry and dispensers.  These Sno-Cone cups are made specially for us from extra thick paper and extra-heavy "dry wax" so that your snow cone can be enjoyed completely before the cup wimps out!

Additional Cups and flavoring syrups (Grape & Orange ) are available for individual purchase prior to your rental date.

Ease of Use

Shaving Ice

1. Place on a steady, flat, level surface and plug directly in a standard household 110 volt, 3-prong, G.F.I. electrical outlet.
2. Fill the ice horn with ice no larger than 3" in diameter.
3. Press and hold the MOTOR switch (shown above on Rear View, black button above power cord) to activate blades and begin shaving ice.
4. While holding MOTOR switch down, apply steady downward pressure to the ice pusher
5. Release the MOTOR switch when finished.
6. Repeat steps 2-5 for additional batches.

CAUTION!! BLADES ARE SHARP AND OPERATE AT HIGH SPEEDS!
Please be sure to keep all body parts and any objects such as picks or scoops away from the ice horn while POWER is on!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much ice will my sno-cone machine produce?
Your sno-cone machine was engineered to shave 500 lbs. of cube or chunk ice per hour.  Based on the ratio that a 1/2 lb. of ice will make a 6 oz. sno-cone, the machine will yield approximately 1000 sno-cones per hour.

How much syrup should I use to flavor my snow cones?
One 6 oz sno-cone will take 2 ounces of syrup, about 2 squirts from the dispenser – cones will not hold more than that.

Can I use block ice to make snow cones?
You can use block ice to produce sno-cones if you first break it down into pieces 3-4 inches in size. Ice will not fit the horn if the pieces are too large.

I would like additional/different flavors or more cups?
Cherry & Blue Raspberry come standard with the sno-cone machine.  Additional flavors of Grape &/or Orange are available for additional purchase.  Flavors may not be swapped, or exchanged in lieu of one another.  Additional cups are also available purchase in set quantities.
