Serving Palm Beach County Since 2003. Amazing Bounce is a locally owned and professionally operated family small business located in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. We are an active Florida corporation with a a valid State, Palm Beach County and local Occupational Licenses. You deal directly with us, the owners, not some 1-800, or (954) number, or a place that only gives a phone number and no address, or worse yet an email address only. We accept credit & debit cards, PayPal, take reservations 7 days a week and much more. WE delivery your unit and WE pick it up personally along with our hired help! This is why we operate only locally in the Palm Beaches and you know who we are, where we are and all the ways to contact us. Support your local businesses who give back to the local communities. Several times a year we donate bounce houses for free rentals to various school PTA/PTO's, local churches, Non-Profit and other preschools and organizations.

We love children and enjoyed having these inflatables at every occasion possible because of the great pleasure it gives us seeing the children having some "different" kind of fun with the inflatables. Of course our 2 young boys along with all the neighborhood children think the business is "cool", obviously

We take pride in our business and have an extremely high customer return. All of our inflatables are pressure cleaned and sanitized with a disinfectant and sanitizer called Matt-Kleen after every rental. This ensures our products look, smell and are clean.

We don't require a security deposit in most reservations. We don't want you to choose Amazing Bounce, because we have $30-$50+ of your reservation deposit. We want you to choose us because of our customer service, clean, quality inflatables and dependablity. Not because we have your deposit. What if you do the correct thing and book a reservation a month or more in advance. If it rains, or you have an emergency and need to reschedule, or cancel, is it right for us to keep your deposit? We didn't think so either.

We send out Confirmation Letters and Invoices up on completing a reservation. This way, you have all the information we do for your review, date, time, amount due, inflatable unit, sizes, etc. And most importantly, you have in your hand who you booked with and every way possible to contact us. We get a frequent number of calls "Did I book with you for..?" If you had, you'd have it in writing from us.

Our pricing is competitive for the quality service you receive. Of course, we're sure you can find a $99 bounce house or water slide or clown, or ... if you call enough. Then show up and charge a $35 delivery fee. All we can say is, the old saying "You get what you pay for and if sounds to good to be true...."

Do they send you a Confirmation Letter and Invoice?
Do they call you the evening prior to your rental date to remind you they are coming narrow it down to about within an hour for a delivery time? Or do they just tell you it's an all day rental and we'll be there between 8-12.
Is the equipment clean? How is it cleaned and what products are used? I can give you a very inexpensive inflatable if I don't have to clean it. But, I guarantee you will not want to let anyone it, lest you attempt to clean it first yourself. What have you saved?
Do they offer various payment methods?
We offer immediate100% refunds, do they?
Do you know who they are and where they are? Or, do you just have a telephone number? Hopefully it's just not a 800 or 954 #.
Is everything included? Delivery, equipment (generators for parks, gas for it), pickup, etc.
Are you in their delivery area, or are you paying extra to have it brought up?
How long have they been in business?
Is there a delivery fee? A popular ploy of the $99 rental companies. You book the unit for $99 and when they show up you have a bill with a $35+ delivery charge.
